1. At SOFOCUSED Family Ent., our goal is to provide clean, safe, and memorable fun for every event. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be fair and transparent with our customers while maintaining our scheduling commitments and operational costs.

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling related to bounce house rentals, event equipment, and related services.


2. Cancellations & Refunds

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  • More than 7 days before event:
    A full refund of any deposits or payments will be issued.

  • 3–6 days before event:
    A 50% refund will be issued, or the full amount can be credited toward a future booking within 6 months.

  • Less than 48 hours before event:
    No refund will be issued due to preparation, cleaning, and scheduling costs. You may reschedule once at no additional charge.


Weather-Related Cancellations

Safety is our top priority. If weather conditions (such as heavy rain, high winds, lightning, or flooding) make it unsafe to set up or operate inflatables:

  • We will work with you to reschedule your event at no additional charge.

  • If rescheduling isn’t possible, we will provide a full refund or credit toward a future rental.

  • Once the equipment is set up and accepted on-site, no refunds will be provided for weather-related issues that occur afterward.


Company-Initiated Cancellations

If SOFOCUSED Family Ent. must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment malfunction, transportation issues, staff illness), you will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to reschedule for a later date at no cost.


3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. If a credit is applied instead, it will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.


4. No-Show Policy

If our team arrives at your scheduled event location and you are not present or accessible within 30 minutes of the scheduled setup time, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.


5. Equipment Issues or Malfunctions

If any equipment fails during your event due to a defect or malfunction (not caused by misuse or negligence):

  • Please contact us immediately at 832-405-1103.

  • We will make every reasonable effort to correct the issue or provide a partial refund or credit based on the time the inflatable could not be used.
